Bio

Bungalow by Middle Brow is the restaurant and bakery arm of Middle Brow Beer Co. They make sourdough bread daily with locally-sourced and milled grains. They sell their loaves at Green City Market and serve seasonal, brunchy toasts. Bungalow carries on the tradition of Middle Brow's charitable donations by hosting free breakfast for Chicago Public School students and through the development of our work-training program.
