Ben has been passionate about food since childhood. He grew up in Geneva, Illinois with two siblings, attended Cornell University to study Food Science, as well as Kendall College for Culinary Arts. With experience in food manufacturing and restaurants, his vision is for a local, regenerative food system that works to support farmers, producers, and community members in order to build a more sustainable future. When not actively working towards that vision, Ben likes snowboarding, biking, and podcasting with his partner Lisa.
